scrollable component bar on ship designer screen

After I built a ton of hyperion shrinkers, I had a abundance of space on each ship ( huge hull 1420). The current bar below the ship on the ship designer screen is not scrollable. I think it would be nice if that bar is either scrollable or when you reach the end of the bar, it just creates a new bar under the first , or somehow the components that are the same stack up. Currently it is impossible to redeisgn certain ships because there is no way to reach the components without taking everything off. Please add in a fix.
