Understanding the Hyperion Shrinker(and 1 other bug)

Was building this and the text reads "Increases the hull capacity of ships manufactured on this planet."  But ships arent built on the planet anymore, but by Space docks that the planet lends support to...heck multiple planets as well.  So, does this mean:

1-that it actually increases the ships hull at the space dock that it supports?

2-Does that mean if this is built on multiple planets, that you could then get 2,3,4 times the amount if you have one on each planet supporting a single space dock?

3-It it meant to only be a single type(wonder) or is it meant to be on whatever planet(s) you choose?

Thanks!!

P.S.

Just completed the lvl 5 ideology(Beacon) that grants a free 16 planet...lol  it came in as a lvl 5 hahahahaha.

As far as I've been able to tell, all of the Hyperion projects now apply to all ships built anywhere, not to just those built on the planet, so the fact that the descriptions say otherwise is a bug.

I think it's meant to be built on only a single planet (wonder), but I haven't tried queuing more than one of them up to see if more than one planet can build them.

Built it on 2 planets...only get the bonus from the first it was built on...must be a bug they havnt yet fixed im guessing.

I agree it is a bug if you can build it.multiple times with only one bonus. This bug isn't just hyperion shipyard it comes two I just never tried building a single buildIng on multiple planets at once kind of retarded,  or bored brhavior if you ask me. Civilization has this same bug. unless there changing it,  it was supposed to be s civilization wide bonus.  If they are changing this it should say shipyard sponsered on planet built. Okay I don't think you shou be sble to build these on multiplr plsnets at one time,  instead I think it should let you know if you want to move it here instead,  and If it would mean less turns to build,  and how many less.

I was able to build it on 2 planets because I had it qued before the first finished it.  Once it was finished, it became not available to be built anywhere else, though the 2nd planet still had and finished it, but got nothing from it...will delete it since its taking up a slot.  Looks like its a 1 wonder/empire thing, but theres a few things off on the execution of that.

Yup, they will have to fix the queue to remove "wonder type" improvements from other planets when it's added to one. It's for every and all improvements that are meant to be built once.

After that, it won't matter that you only get the bonus once - because you're meant to get it once.

If its meant to be the same as in GC2 its a build once empire wide bonus building I and Seilore have reported this ages ago!

And the fact that we're still talking about it shows how an apparently minor inaccuracy in descriptive text can confuse your customers for years.  I, for one, never built these projects in GC2 because I thought they really were limited to a single planet and therefore effectively useless.  I thought they were the same in GC3 until reading otherwise in these forums.

Well im a beta tester...and when I see a bug, error, or whatnot, im going to start a new thread about it, so the Devs can see it and get it fixed.  Thats what I agreed to do when i signed up for the beta and im gonna do it.  If seeing another thread that is like yours, ticks you off, so be it.

What was sweet is having three.hyperion shrinkers from a war with the jagged knife.

Hey, I was agreeing with you that this is a problem that deserves to be fixed.  The fact that it's so easy to fix and that it is confusing so many people should make it a higher priority than it appears to be getting.

It's easier to keep track of issues by reporting them in the support forum.
