I do not know if this has been reported but I think I found a bug with the Terraforming Plant construction queue item (it might apply to other ones but I have just discovered this one so have not had a chance to test the others).

1) I got the Terraforming Plant research completed.

2) I was looking at Earth while the game was doing it stuff for the other players and I just tried to add Terraforming Plant to a whole bunch of the hexes.  Doing this did not appear to add any of the Terraforming Planet items into my planetary queue.

3) Until it got back around to my turn, at which point I saw ever single hex I had tried to add it to now had a Terraforming Plant item and my queue was full of them.

4) I tried to do this one of my other planets during my normal turn and as soon as I selected Terraforming Plant and selected a hex the item immediately disappeared from the list making it so I could only do one hex.

5) I advanced the game through enough turns to see if the extra Terraforming Plant items would drop off but they never did, the game appears to continue to process through allof the items that exist in the queue.
