GalCiv III Ship Designer Dev Stream

As GalCiv III looms closer to release, we thought it might be a cool and useful idea to start a Steam Broadcast focusing on designing ships in the Ship Designer. First allow me to introduce myself: my name's Brandon and since joining the Stardock team back in July of '14, I've taken over as the person designing most of the ships in the game using the Ship Designer. One of my jobs is to know the in game Ship Designer tool in and out and use it to create cool spaceships.  I've also created artwork for most of the Improvement Icons in the game, and I've done a bit of work on planets as well.

If you go to the GalCiv 3 Community page in Steam, I'll be doing a live stream this week as I make ships for the game. I'll be happy to answer questions you may have about the Ship Designer in the chat, and you'll get a general sense of our ship design process using the tool. This first Stream will be up this live this afternoon (March 31) as this post is being pinned, look for the Stream being posted by Doc Watts.
