Ships designs keep populating into my designs folder

Im using some great ST ships from Rand Johnson and having issues deleting them.  This sounds easy right?  Hmm...not so much.  I clean out both design folders(in my games and my steam folder) and delete them out.  This didnt work, because when i started the game...it put them right back into my games designs.  So i completely uninstall the game and as far as I could tell...everything was gone.  Install it again...start the game up again...and yes...you guessed it...put them right back into the designs folder...again.  Where are they coming from?  There must be a hidden folder with everything in it, but I cannot find it and its causing issues.  Any help would be appreciated.  

I swear this problem sounds familiar too.  Not sure if it might have happened in GC 3 before or if it was in GC 2.  Didnt see anything pop up on a search, but maybe i wasnt checking correctly.  Thanks all!
