Bug - Survey ship jumped through wormhole, can't move anymore

Playing the largest size map as the Yor, turn 65, my survey ship found a wormhole and ended up on the far end of the galaxy.  After that, it could not move at all.  Version number 0.80.

After finding this issue, I saved my game and exited to the main menu, but was dumped out of the game entirely and Steam popped up its exit message.

 

After restarting and loading the saved game, my survey ship was still stuck.

 

Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 x64

Core i7 3930k 32 gigs ram

NVidia GTX670 2 gigs

Have you tried to send it to a location in you space?  Ships which jump through worm holes typically go into the "penalty box."  This being that it must do nothing but fly a straight line back to friendly space.  It needs to get back into support range.
