0.80 After reloading a saved game time to complete research shows "NA turns remaining"

After saving a game on Beta 5 and reloading it hovering the pointer over the research field at the top left of the main screen shows "NA turns remaining". Since the game is recalculating the turns remaining for planet project queues, shouldn't it also recalculate the time remaining for research projects?

I would suggest looking at the govern function. I have encountered similar and found that the scale was tipped in the other direction.
