trade for shipyard

I am able to buy/trade for another races starbase but shipyards are not listed. Blowing up a potential ally shipyard may not help much.

I think shipyards should flip if all the planets they are attached to have flipped.

It is annoying to go for an influence victory and have a whole bunch of shipyards in your territory that are not attached to anything and that you cannot destroy.... as you are not at war with the "owners"

Unless B5 is different, if you destroy a ghost shipyard, you will find that it belongs to pirates. I agree that shipyards should flip with the planet.
