Mouse over sratbase in list

Instead of opening each SB to see what modules are there to decide if they need a constructor. How about adding a mouse over list of what modules are there.

With all these mouse over lists some may not be happy so maybe have to add options for what mouse overs you want to see and which ones you do not.

I like the basic idea, but I'd rather see what can be build that what has been built.
