Mine freezes as well with same behaviour. Here's info:

1) 16 GB Ram

2) 32 GB Page size

3) Basically it's an Intel® NUC Kit D54250WYKH (Intel Core i5 4250U, Intel® HD 5000 Graphics) with Plextor 256 GB SSD

I'm running Windows 8.1 Pro fully updated

I have a save file if needed. The freeze can be reproduced on every load and click.

EDIT: Well, it's not freezing everywhere on the map, but only when I have a survey ship and the Manufactoring Relic on (or close to) the visible map. I tried circling the map around without having those two visible, and no freeze, but as soon as the both of them are (close to) visible, then the game freezes. Or it could just be becuz it's at the buttom of the map ?? I donno... I reproduced it some 10 times now, so it's definately reproducable

I also have the freeze problem.

It usually happens, when I click around the map, while ships are moving, or clicking on stations, while the turn is processing. Whenever I wait for turns to be done, before clicking, I can go longer without a freeze.
