[BUG] - BETA Imperial Quest

Quest InternalName "Master_Craftsman" did not correctly spawn GoodieHut "ImperiumFort_02" at ObjectiveID 7, first QuestChoiceDef with Description= "Very Well".

I was zoomed to a spot on the map, but no goodie hut. Also, in diplomacy, I did not have the option to"Go to Location." whereas others quests did give that option.

CoreGoodieHuts has no "ImperiumFort_02."
