Gear cursor doesn`t start up sometimes

My CursorFX "Gear" cursor works great most of the time, but sometimes it doesn`t appear/startup on the desktop on restart or bootup. Any ideas please?

Something must be wrong on your machine. I use gear 90% of the time and it works perfectly. Gear is a very old cursor. But the oldies are the goodies.

re-apply, program glitch, happens all the time.

Start11 - Customize the Start Menu and Taskbar in Windows 10/11.
