Beta 4 0.71.1 Low Mass Carriers tech doesn't do anything

Playing as Yor, I researched the Low Mass Carrier tech, which says it reduces the mass of carrier modules. But after researching the tech, the carrier module remains the same 35 mass.

Yea i was noticed the same thing. Mass is still 35. I thought that perhaps it increased the number of fighters but you still get the same, (5).
