B4 imperial remenent quest broken

first bug (minor) Castle is floating in air. At firet i thought it was misplace by one tile but you can see in image it if floating over my army. It looks like it is due to being next to a mountain.

Major bug. I let his enemy live and got his ring to take back. But when i did my only dialog was "still looking"
