[0.71.1] ship movement jumpy not smooth

Playing game in immense map, as the game progressed the ship movement got very jumpy. With this I adjusted the video settings down to minimal with no change.

Video card is AMD R9 270x 2GB

Processor is AMD FX 9370 (8 core)

Memory is 16 GB
