Ship Designer could use a Cancel Confirmation prompet

Just as I was putting the finishing touches on a ship, I go to click "proportional scaling," miss and throw my whole ship away.

If I click "Cancel" I would really, really appreciate it if it asked me if I was sure!

I have lost hours of work having a momentary lapse where I thought the "cancel" button would just cancel the last thing I did.
