Planetary buildings info

It would be nice if all of the buildings you can construct on your planets mentioned in the tool-tip description if you can only have 1 per planet, 1 per civilization, or you can build as many as you want on every planet.  It would just save some annoyance when trying to determine your layout of where you want what, for each planet and within your territory as a whole.

The worst are the ones that say one per planet and only add bonuses to that planet, when they're for the entire civilization.  I'm looking at you, Hyperion Shrinker.

Rshara, yea its one reason I wait to build it on my primary production area.

These are old leftover strings from before shipyards because the text says, "on the planet they are built".

Devs need to make a pass through those special projects and clean up the descriptions and code it so they are giving that bonus either to the entire empire OR at least to the shipyard that planet is sponsoring.

I believe the shrinker and the logistics system work properly even though they identify as built on planet

Some info for this kind of stuff would be handy. If I see something like a research capital, I tend to assume that it is one per civ thing because that is how it was back in GalCiv 2. However, when I did something different and played as the Drengin, I found out that the black market is one per planet thing instead of being part of an alternate form of markets that focused on being corruption instead fair competition.
