I have and they all should be galactic/empire wide bonuses rather than planetary and has been mentioned before but thanks for bringing it back to the devs attention as they seem to be hard of hearing on some subjects lol

I concur.

They must have been trying to prevent farming, its the choice of some and the price of fun though. Global makes it better and more useful as well so I'd want it that way.

Its simply a hold out from the alpha when you built ships on planet i believe it works properly though so its just a typo

Bump Typo is still there for all hyperion buildings!
