im having a game crash when a turn is complete and getting dropped out of the program completely then when im reloading the auto save it gets done and re crashes. I would like to follow the normal support but my antivirus will not let it run system specs is i7 4771 8 gb memory at 1600 and a gtx 680 if you need any more info just ask
If you have a repeatable crash, which is what it sounds like, they need the crash files, the save game, and so forth --- see the support FAQ. This is important --many of us have freezes crashes from time to time but can't reproduce them, while you seem to have caught a "live" one. When you submit a ticket they have an easy interface to submit multiple files --- they WANT that stuff!
Disable your Anitvirus if you need to. In fact, having a realtime antivirus protection while playing the game is one possible problem with respect to your crash; I have noticed a few people mentioning their play was smoother with antivirus turned off.
You could try reloading the save, disabling the AV and see what happens.

ok just looked the post before is the .err file but its not making a dump file at all the only 2 I have of that type is a ksp and a x rebirth my antivirus is bitdefender 2015 with spam and malware
