Tooltip Text Size

My vision is not as good as it used to be and I occasionally have to squint to read tooltip text at a glance. The UI and fonts are in general very clean and easy to read, which I appreciate (you should lend your UX designers to Paradox), but an option for larger or bolder tooltips would be great. Larger text in general would be a nice option, but I think it's fine as-is, at least at the resolutions I've played at.

Well, perhaps I am just getting old (perhaps?! LoL!!), but the standard font size in this forum is difficult for me to read.

Point is, I would also appreciate (perhaps an option?) to get bigger text sizes.

Yeah, I know the feeling. Aging is no fun at all. I have difficulty reading the forum fonts as well, but get by with the zoom settings in Chrome. Larger fonts would be a great option for us blind old geezers. Maybe I'll try Lasik one of these days.

Bamdorf, I agree and sympathize about the font size in this forum. In fact, I just did some checking and found:

1) there is no way of specifying what font size I want in my Stardock profile, however, I did find out that I can alter the size of some of the posts(including yours) on this forum by changing an option in my browser's settings (I use Firefox, tools->options->content). I haven't figured out yet why it affects the font size on other posts, but I suspect it has something to do with options others use in their browsers.

As far as GC3, I agree that it should have an option for the font size each of us use in game. Will you be opening a ticket asking for this?

Well, it's not really a bug, so I think the proper protocol is exactly what we are doing, which is discussing it in early access feedback. I feel very comfortable with the fact that these discussions are being read.   (Which is a  whopper of a statement that I have never made about any other game company!)   And thanks for the push...I use Chrome I will check my settings and see what I can do.

(Added after some looking at settings).  Yes actually in Chrome->settings->advanced settings there is an entry for Web Content including font size.   Well, font size doesn't actually help, but there is also a web page zoom function --- just setting it to 125% is very handy!  LoL, should have figured that out a long time ago.   Must be getting on...
