Thanks for reporting! I am curious, what your system specs are and the resolution you playing at. Do you mind running the support tool and sending them the files? That way I can get a good idea of what is going on.

I followed the steps.  When I tried to submit a ticket I got these two errors:

 

We encountered a problem (cross-site request forgery detected); please try again
Sorry, we encountered a problem (invalid department). Please start over.

Yes, this is happening to me as well. Basically, a definition of something will be in the wrong text size, and will print out or over the place it belongs. I see this many times. I have never used this page, so I have not seen it, but I have little doubt that it will be there.
