Beta 2 .51 - Fleet has no trade ships - Still happening in Beta 4 0.72/Beta 5 .83/ 1.01

I have seen the same happen under the conditions you describe.

I rather would like to see a popup the moment my colonizer is cruising for a planet and said planet is taken by another, than have it keep on slogging on until it reaches its destination and only then pop up this (misleading) message. Currently a lot of turns (for said colonizer) are now wasted, possible even entire colonization opportunities because you will be (too) late giving the colonizer a different destination.

Thanks for posting, a save file before this happening would be helpful. Would you kindly, submit a ticket via our support system so that I can better assist you with your issue. After following the link, run the support tool, include your steam name, describe the issue you are having and then send us the zip file to greatly speed up the process!

Unfortunately I no longer have a save from the game where it was happening.  If it happens again I'll try to get a save for you.

It doesn't help that in my last 3 games I got the UP resolution that forbids colonizing new planets.

This is still happening in Beta 4 0.72.  Unfortunately it took me too long to remember that I had already posted this bug and the oldest save I have is one turn after this happened, so I still can't give you a saved game.

Once again it happened when one of the AIs colonized a planet just before my colony ship would have colonized it.

This is still happening in Beta 5 .83.  Once again I don't have a save, sorry.

I managed to reproduce the problem and sent in a saved game with ticket #EDT-621-79327.
