setting a rally point outside of a ships range and then telling it to go there allows it to exceed its range

This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. Once the utility finishes running, please send back the .zip file it creates on the desktop.
setting up a ticket further it seems to only work when using the goto option in the ships context menu as opposed to the the govern/commands menu which just ignores it
