I don't see where anyone has posted this before, but I think these relics are way OP. 512% to all of your planets?  I can see a boost to the nearest colony, or a set amount divided by the number of planets colonized, maybe with an extra portion going to the homeworld (taxes). Once you get to Xeno Archaeology it is impossible to lose. The AI isn't aggressive and I've never seen them build any starbases yet. Of course, I haven't played on the higher difficulties yet, but even still, they should put up some kind of fight. Instead, I just buy all their techs, and their survey ships, and they are happy as clams.

Yes, it has been mentioned before and was also noted in the last Dev. Stream on this past Friday. They are aware of it and Paul said enjoy while you can as it will be gone this week. So any day now it will be fixed.

Known bug. Paul stated in a dev feed that it would be fixed, probably in Beta 2 patch 1.

No worries, Thecw, the important thing is he/she got the answer they were looking for! At least you went to the trouble of providing a link and finding the time stamp for it! I was too lazy for that. lol
