If you have a lot of treaties, and scroll through them in the treaties window, the details of those treaties bleeds through the top and the bottom of the window within the window:

Thanks for posting the screenshot as I am too lazy. There are several textual issues that need addressed. I am thinking it is probably the new large font messed some smaller fonts up, but that is a guess.
