I just built a Xeno Archeology Lab on a starbase, and when displaying the starbase the installed modules tab shows this:

And after the Xeno Archeology Lab was built, I went to one of my planets to see what effect it had, and found this:

The 500% improvement has already been mentioned in another thread, I'm just reporting the "Missing Info" label.
