Need planet list (not just colonies)

In many 4x games I play, there is usually a planet list that is filterable and has columns for planet statistics.  You can usually send a colony ship to the planet (if one is available) directly from this list.  As your empire gets spread out over large areas, it gets harder to find the perfect planet to lay down roots.  Having a nice list that can be filtered and sorted by various aspects is vital to planning and implementing empire growth.
