*Hi There I Have Found When i was in Singal player i double clicked my Planet and The Game Crashed on me.

Extra ideas:

1:Add a Family Tree where lords or leader what ever u wana call them lol Can have kids as the lords  could grow old and die but gain serten skills they could Train there son or girl in.Why add Family tree you mite ask? Well it could be a sign of peace towards  a other race or you want that races benfits with yours etc.

 

2:Custom Races:Make it where the players can make a custom race with serten skill ponits to spread out when making the race with different  animated photos which the player will choice the prime class or race.

 

3:Marrying:I Think it be kinda kool if races could marry off there kides or sons in which the females would go and   join the other  race and the sons would stay with there own race.There  could be big things to add to this i just cant think of any but peace,favor from that race you  choice to try n due so.

 

4:Extra Diplomat  choices: 1

1:Give Planets to others-Benefit peace or favor

2:Ask or Demand they become slaves of your race in which then you can  train there type of units and yours  if they choice to become a slave And they give you serten amount of money etc.

3:Try and kill there leader  n this is if you  choice to take my area about Family Tree's

4:Talk to there  sons,girls if they have kides n this once more is if u choice to have Family Trees in which you can talk to them and try n make them evil or good n backstab there father or mom in which this could have add ons alot of them if you think hard.

 

5:Planet Battles:I Think having  ground battles where you can  build or have your base where you can train units to defend or attack races planets on the ground,air.

 

6:Super power ships:Where they can destory planets etc with a cool down count down type deal like if  a leader refuses to give up there planet you could destroy them  or that planet.And mix it up for different races.

2 is already in the works.

1 the game not long enough, 500 turns is less than 10 years.  Maybe with the super galaxies it will last long enough, but who know when the AI comes it could learn to create a 20 race consortium and sweep the galaxy.

My disagreement...

1.  &  3.  Too much like Total War, not interested in bringing that here, don't see a real advantage.

4a.  This already benefits diplomacy (at least it did in Galactic Civilizations II)

4b.  Interesting idea may be worth exploring to see if this would be plausible.

4c.   Again similar to Total War, could still be used but I would think if this would be in game it would be in one of the expansions mentioned in the future to include espionage.

4d.  Too much like Total War, don't see this as a positive.

4e.  Tactical battles at this time are not a talk of the game and being that the game is more about a space civilization I see this as taking away from the larger game play.

4f.   Already in plans, (similar to the terror stars in Galactic Civilizations II) has been some talk this may be coming in the future in an expansion or dlc but, has had some question on balancing issues with this.  Personally I never used terror stars in Galactic Civilizations II mainly because I'm trying to conquer the galaxy, I want as many planets as possible so why would I want to destroy potential gold mines??

(Edladner   1.)  Games can be as long or short as you prefer, turn the AI settings down to the lowest level and choose a small or tiny galaxy it's going to be a short game.  On the other hand for a long game, turn the AI to something that matches your level at the game or better and choose the largest map available (which is going to be many times larger than the largest currently available in the beta) and the game will last for a lot more turns than 500, talking 1000's in caparison to Galactic Civilizations II games.
