[feature request] Display turns to complete research in the economy window

At this moment when  you change the production wheel there is no direct way to see how the allocated research points result in research completion turns. The research percentage and actual numbers of research points generated is being shown. 

To see whether there is an actual change in the number of research to complete turns, you have to close the govern economy tab and open the technology window.
PS: After you close the Govern window the "research turn remaining" tooltip (top right corner of the main view) is not properly updated.

You have to ping-pong between these two windows to actually fine tune your research rate.

The feature i wish to see is something that will show in the govern/economy window the research completion turns for the given distribution of the production wheel.

Good point.  This is not the only place where changes to the govern screen do not immediately update the display stats.  Change the govern percentages on the Govern Planet screen and you often have to use the arrows at the top to move to another planet and come back just to see what your changes did to the planet's "Turns to completion" on improvements.
