[0.41] Large numbers in the info panel are not correctly displayed

In various fields in the info panel (and in the planet list) are unreadable when the value (>= 1000.0 or <= -100.0) they contain exceeds the allocated field width.

It appear that the number is wrapped (to the field width) and then clipped (to the field height).
