Problems with running GalCiv3 on imac using parallels

Galciv guys-

 

Love your games and I have been with you since GalCiv1.  Now I have a iMac running Win 8.1 on parallels.  Galciv2 works fine on my current machine.

 

GalCiv3 Beta works sort of.  The ships are near invisible.  The fog of war (explored vs unexplored space) does not show any difference.  My iMac is recent its stats are..

27 inch late 2012

Processor=3.2 GHz Intel Core i5

Graphics= NVIDIA GeForce GTX 675MX 1024 MB graphics

memory= 32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

 

Really excited to play but really cannot enjoy with these conditions.  Please help.   For wish list MAC version please.

We don't support games under emulation, sorry. You might have better luck with BootCamp.

Or is a MAC OS version coming?

We don't have any plans currently for other platforms. However if you already have a Windows license, as noted you can do a proper dual boot via BootCamp rather than running it under virtualization within MacOS. That doesn't mean there won't be issues (being beta) but at that point it's more or less the same as any other PC on the same hardware.
