Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time, but expect delays in responses during this time.
Here are a few game crashes.
Not sure if you need us to upload these or if the team is able to get them from Steam?
I have heard that SteamWorks doesn't work for 64 bit games, which is in contradiction with what I see at the bottom of the debug.err file after a crash.
Also the post GalCiv III support FAQ says to submit crashes and other bugs and crashes directly to StarDock and includes instructions on how to do so. The devs also watch these forums.
Had me some crashes too today ... did send in a ticket ...
I opened a ticket for my crashes and have sent the zip file successfully.
All of my crashes so far have been in large galaxies and between turns 200 to 400. My guess is that there is a memory leak or errant pointers floating around somewhere.
I concur, my crashes are always around turn 300 in large galaxies.
I'm finding the same issue. Glad this was posted!
