I was looking at all the models for each civ and it seems like the Drengins are missing all their large ships or am I doing something wrong. Unlock and resources should allow me to see everything right?
You should be able to see everything, but it looks like the Drengin are missing their larger ships.
im curious if this is related to a CTD i had the debug.err had this to say

idem on my side with debug.err, but I guess the Alpha software has many missing features, not yet approved / designed / finalized / ...
Besides, even if already integrated in the current alpha, it can also be changing every hour as the devs obviously work on all parts of the game, hence I am confident that missing files will be included soon, if not done already...
