Reliable crash at Turn 274, not able to attack and CDT. Attached debug and save game.

Greetings. I think I found a bug so I cannot continue on this game anymore. Attached is both the Debug.rr and a save game. I am not a programer so I do not know if the information is helpful but I will let the Devs decide.
