Research Completion Pop-ups?

I LOVED the little blurb/animation and music that popped up in Galciv2 when you complete a tech (and MOO2) - is this planned to be implemented into GC3?

There are going to be more extensive tech descriptions that you will get when a tech completes, and pop-ups for it are pretty common in this genre.

Whether they are going to have the same tone/style is another question. They seem to be big on more functional descriptions and less techno babble, which is good and all, but i hope they will still sneak a few jokes in.
