XP Visual on Win. 98?

If you use windowblinds you can use object bar to emulate the XP startpanel and taskbar. It is an excellent option for those not yet running XP.

No. You download and install Windowblinds, then you download and install Objectbar. THEN you can download most XP skins and it will mostly look like it does in XP.

However, you don't actually need ObjectBar to use XP Visual Styles. It will still work on your system, simply without skinning the taskbar and other items that are specific to XP and ObjectBar.

damnit.... i got window blinds, installed it, same with object bar..
and even a theme... but, i have no money to pay for it >.<
