When creating ships with lots of parts, it would help if the Parts bar (bottom) would show all parts instead of having the scroll the bar each time (or at least give the player the choice of view).

This is an interesting idea, it should be possible to make it grow, vertically without any changes for causal designers, as most template ships should not be more than 5-10 parts.
I will look into as we update the New UI.
