The ship designer is out now in the the alpha 2.0 patch, so when have a that ship designed feel free to post it here and so others can see what kind of cool things you can build with it.

I was working on a Nebula from Star Trek - however it did not save properly - Anyways here is my first design, was just a rough draft, did not have a chance to put on details and decals. Had some issue with the builder not doing what I was hoping. IE once I mirrored something, everything seemed to mirror in an odd way when I did not want it to...
All and all I am proud of this, though it is a bit of a mess, wish I could access the template back in game to keep working on it (I saved it, templates are in the folder, but they are not showing up in game)

Check the link again - redid it over from scratch and made some substantial changes to my build. Will have to figure out how to post pictures tomorrow. However as for now, my new and improved "first" ship is uploaded to my steam screens.
