I would like to see an option to have the computer manage selected planets which a general focus indicated by the player.

IE:

I have 20+ planets and most of them are built up and producing wealth or research for me. I would like to be able to just turn a manager on to do simple things like auto-upgrade buildings, build whatever the most advanced ship I have, ect....even if it was just having the planet focus on something for me (Like $$/Research/population/military/ect...) this way when you go though and are focused on cleaning out a sector you do not need to spend an hour just saying, ok....crappy 4 tile planet (we call it derp),

"Derp i know you JUST told me you finished everything i told you to but....dam....just go away and build whatever you like...I don't care, really. You are not close to anything else and honestly, i want to turn my guns on you just to shut you incessant nagging up."

two turns pass and I need to talk to Derp again, (can i nuke myself?)

I am a busy mast of death and I really need someone to govern my crap planets for me.
