Spending/economy wheel difficulty.

I have found a problem with the economy wheel. As the available resources increase, precise setting of the wheel's results becomes increasingly difficult, to the point where precision becomes impossible. Some additional control of the movement granularity is needed.

I was wondering if maybe in the future there would be a way to 'lock 'specfic production parts. In that say I wanted Reserach to always be 50% but then tweak out my other 2 variables with that constrain?

I really should play a game where I just build up and see how the game holds itself at larger scale.

I always just rush my enemies and make a quick work of the game. For the sake of testing I should stop that.
