[Bug] Food Distribution improvement gets unlocked by the wrong tech [fixed]

The Food Distribution improvements gets currently unlocked by Xeno Medicine, instead of Food Distribution Center.

The tech description for the FDC also needs a little work. ;)

No problem. Come to think of it, I noticed a similar problem with the Research Coordinator improvement, and reported it in my first impression thread (along with a couple other bugs and general issues). Has this been noted, or should I make separate posts for those bugs?
