Could starbases be given a star port?

Hello,

Some great science fiction shows (Battlestar Galactica & Star Trek for example) have starbases where they build ships. Any chance we might see something like this in Galactic Civizations III? It would also help alleviate the fact that you can't build ships simultaneously with planetary improvements since GC III has a single queue system.

Current thought is to move ship production off world. You'd build a shipyard and multiple planets can send resources to them (with distance affecting efficiency).

At this point I would go take a peek at the founder`s vault. Remember to not Quote stuff that Frogboy wrote in the vault directly back in the forum.
