Bought the elite founders addition on steam. Not yet downloaded, but how do I let my star dock account know so I can get my badge and access the vault?
When you launch the game you are prompted to log into your Stardock account which sorts it all out 
Like I said in the other thread, open up the game in steam and on first run it will ask you to register it using your stardock account!
Oh well I was afraid of that have to wait until I get a chance to finish the download. Thanks.
Hmm, started the game, signed in with my stardock account but didn't update my account data yet, (aprox 24h)
