I had trouble that when I go into Galactic Civilizations 3 the text flashes, I thought it was the game that was problemen but found out that after I have 2 graphics card on my laptop, the graphics card is Intel HD Graphic 4000 and the another is the Nvidia Geforce GT740M, from what I have been told if my laptop start up the intel graphics card and when I play should it go over the nvidia geforce it also do what suggests the following as it is set in nvidia control panel but it game me problemen the text flashed so I tried to sit it to use intel graphics card (which is Integrated Graphics) and get what happened so the text does not blink anymore and i runing fine now, so it only suggests that the game can not be ready notebook with two graphics cards

While i dont face the flashing Texts i stil have trouble with my Nvidia GT 750M as well - the Game is running fine with the second Card and stable 20 FPS ( Intel HD Graphics 4600 ) however with the 750M the Game is running @ 15 - 25 FPS on the Main screen and around 7 - 15 FPS in Design Mode ( V-Sync on and off - doesnt make a Difference ) which should not be the Case , i dont know if it is just the wrong Driver for the Nvidia Card (340.52 ) or the lacking support for Galciv 3 from Nvidia at the Moment.

I dont think the second Card is the Issue - my Laptop is switching betwen the two Cards without any Problems ( Nvidia in Games and Intel out of them )
