Save with different encoding than latin

Hi!

If I play with games, I save the game always on may language. So:

- I saved one game with the name: "Kilépés" --> Means Exit 
- Next day I tried to load this save, but got some weird name (because of encoding differences). The file on my PC has the name: "~KILÉPÉS.GC3Sav"
- Tried to load in the file, got an error message: Bad game save
- After I clicked Done, only black screen stays. Had to close the game to be out.

I recently heard about a problem with loading normal save files, although the autosaves worked.  Otherwise I'm pretty sure the screwed up name is because the non-English symbols are being converted into HTML or some other codes, the way spaces are represented as %pbsl or something.
