Yep, you just need to wait and it will generally work out ok.

Ask for Stardock customer support if you get any problems.

Same for me, also with Paypal.

Sometimes a fraud check might come up and cause a delay.

Paypal sucks, I never use paypal. Credit card is faster and more reliable and safe.

sign on to the Stardock website and get your code there.  Then register it on Steam.

That's strange. PayPal must be working differently in other countries then, because I've been using it for a little over six years now and never had a single issue.

In the United States, NEVER use Paypal if your vender will accept a credit card.

Legal protections for a Credit Card are light years ahead of Paypal, which doesn't even conform to the US Banking laws.

agreed, paypal works great for me.  I hate the fees when using it with ebay though.

Woohoo, my purchase completed at 6:59 (by credit card on Stardock's site), put the key into Steam, finished installing at 7:05 and then I made a brief detour here before starting it up.  I'm not really an Alpha player, but GalCivII is my favorite game and I've watched all the dev streams and have no doubt at all that the Founders Edition will turn out to be money well spent.  Looking forward to the beta later this month!

I just bought it as well.  Everything went perfectly smooth.  Installed, logged in, played around for a few minutes.

Then came here to see my shiny new badge.  Oooh . . . shiny!

I ordered this a while ago, but I haven't gotten any notification about naming stars -When do we get to name them, and how?
