Hello, as the title says...
Will you offer Standard Founder to upgrade to Elite Founder in the future?
This has been talked about somewhere in another thread. I think you have to contact the stardock sales department ([email protected] I think) and ask them.
Yeah, I went through the "upgrade" process myself. Emailed support, they canceled the original order allowing me to re-order at the Elite level.
Same here, a quick cancel of the original order and was able to start fresh.
It's tempting - I do want to name a star! If this was a kickstarter I'd be all over it... 
Thank you for your reply. I think I am going to wait some weeks, until we have some new content to look at, before going Elite.
I think the 99.99 version is actually the better deal because you actually get the game when it comes out instead of having to buy it at a discount, plus paying for the founder pack.
(But damn if your on a tight budget getting the funding is tough, no disputing that whatsoever)
Now I couild be misinterpreting the 39.99 deal but from what I see it looks like you will have to buy the game seperatly.
No, they're just bad with words. 
It means if you buy that package you get a $10 discount compared to when you buy the game when it comes out.
For us Euro folk, the deal is even sweeter; the paypal exchange rate puts the elite package at around €75.
