Checking the forums every minute to see if they launched the alpha yet. Even if I know it won't be out for at least a little while.
Little while is next year. 
I expected you to check every minute to see some pics about the game, or more sneak peaks by the devs... But alpha? 
Nope, nothing yet. But why take the chance of missing it? Just one more check or two won't hurt you.

Actually I was running XP64 years ago and when i went kicking and screaming to Win 7 I stayed 64 bit. I must admit, that Win 7 64 is probably the best version of Windows I have ever used.
Not gonna touch Win 8...but... I too must keep checking....
Not that i get out much but is there a 'kinda' list of eta on Alpha, Beta, release?

I do plan to switch to Windows 7 64 bits soon but unless they suddenly release the alpha, I think I can wait some days/weeks.
Beta should be sooner than that. They said beta would be Soon™ after Founder alpha (internal alpha is already on) and they could certainly use a long beta period before release.
OLD Stardock (pre-War of Magic) would have the alpha right now. But no, we are waiting until it's a bit further along. I don't want to make any promises but I would expect early 2014.
Psss.. what are you doing?! I hope it's not anymore of those silly "learning from our mistakes" deal?
