Why can't I download through stardock?

First off, I think when a category says, "Manage and Download your purchases" you should be able to MANAGE and DOWNLOAD your purchases. Not be redirected to have to download and install the Gamestop App bullshit that won't let you download a purchase. I just want to download Entrenchment again as I've gotten a new PC but I can't because, god forbid, Stardock refuses to let me download my purchase. Can I get a little help here?

Sorry, we only have direct downloads from the website available for the latest SKUs of each title. But the GameStop app is just the latest version of Impulse (they bought it a couple of years ago) which you would have used originally when you got Entrenchment; you should already have an account there the same as it was then.

If you have any trouble with it, please email [email protected] and they should be able to provide some alternative.
