[Bug 0.50] Command trait gives the champion never ending turns

I was playing with Bannon Heighsley, who has the Command trait, and decided to use it on my militia. The result was that form that momento all the turns were Bannon's turns, and no other unit on the battlefield could move has he was always moving.

I just got this in 0.51 as well. Having Bannon freeze time and then run around and kill all the remaining enemies is pretty great, but probably not the intended effect ...

Yeah, the bug got reported in https://forums.elementalgame.com/441586 and hopefully should be fixed soon.
